Archmozzo simplifies the material sampling process and puts the samples across the desks of the designers within 48 hours in a single box.

3) How much do I have to pay to access your service?
It’s 100% free for verified architects and interior designers.
4) How can I join Archmozzo?
Interested architects, interior designers, interior stylists, and corporate buyers can join Archmozzo by registering on our website. An approval process will be followed to verify your status as a qualifying Architect, Interior Designer, or Stylist.
5) How many samples can I order for one project?
Members can order up to a certain number of samples from each category for a single project.

6) Can I do multiple orders for a single project?
Multiple orders for a single project is not allowed. However, if you need to order another set of samples for a particular project, please contact hello@archmozzo.com and we will assist you.
Please note if a member is found doing multiple orders for a single project or misusing the service of Archmozzo, their access will be revoked immediately.
7) How does the price range work?
Our price range denotes how expensive a product is relative to other products in the same category.
For instance,
1) Wooden flooring products might range anywhere between ₹200-1000 per sq.ft. If a particular product is priced at ₹400 per sq.ft., it will be denoted by ₹₹. On the other hand, the product priced at ₹900 per sq.ft. will be denoted by ₹₹₹₹₹.
2) A Terracotta jaali priced at ₹200 per sq.ft. will be denoted by ₹₹₹₹ due to it's relative price among other terracotta products.
8) How can I cancel my order?

9) What is Ask an Expert service?
Ask an Expert is a free service to help our fellow designers. Our team of experts will help you find the products with the required size, material, finish, theme, and budget. Just fill the form, and our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
10) Which brands and products can I get on Archmozzo?
Discover all the latest trends in the industry, with hundreds of new products being added to the website every month. You get access to a small regional manufacturer as well as an established brand.
If you can’t find a product on our platform, tell us – we will get it for you. We’re constantly brainstorming — how we can save your time and effort in the product discovery and sample sourcing process.
11) How do I return the samples?
Fill this form to schedule the pickup. Our logistics team will arrange for the pick up of the samples from your doorstep.
12) How long does it take to receive the samples?
All samples are delivered within 48 hours. However, if a sample is not in stock, the request will be sent directly by the brand within three to five business days.
Please note our shipping schedule below:

Orders placed by 4 pm, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day and delivered in 48 hours.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and delivered in 48 hours.

1) We already have a sampling process, do we still need Archmozzo?
Yes! If your sampling process is working for you, you will still benefit from our connections to new architects and designers. We'll still deliver you specific, actionable leads from vetted architects and designers that use Archmozzo as their go-to source for samples.
2) How is your sampling program different?
We will deliver the samples to architects and designers within 48 hours with our overnight service. Our members will have the option to send back the samples to us safe and sound through a pre-paid return box, and the samples will be ready to hop in a box for another overnight sales trip.
3) Which Brands can sign up on Archmozzo?
Archmozzo is for small, medium, and large brands looking to grow their business. Archmozzo supports brands that are interested in reaching architects and designers in both the residential and hospitality space.
4) Who all can access Archmozzo?
Archmozzo can be browsed by anyone on the internet. However, only architects and designers verified by Archmozzo can order a sample from the enlisted brands.
